Critters of North America

North America has some of the most recognizable animals in the world — many that wander right into our backyards. From raccoons digging through trash to squirrels darting through the trees, everyday wildlife is part of life here. But there’s also plenty of wilderness left: black bears roam forests, alligators lurk in southern swamps, and armadillos shuffle across fields in the south.
